Acrow Prop Fittings

Base Plates: These are flat plates that are placed under the foot of the Acrow prop to distribute the load and provide a stable foundation on the ground. Base plates prevent the prop from sinking into soft surfaces and improve load-bearing capacity.

Top Plates (U-Head): Top plates or U-heads are placed on the top of the Acrow prop to provide a stable and level support surface for beams or other structural elements. The U-shaped design allows for better load distribution and reduces the risk of point loading.

Prop Nuts: Prop nuts are used to adjust the length of the Acrow prop by turning them clockwise or counterclockwise. They secure the inner and outer tubes at the desired height.

Prop Pins (Split Pins): These are safety pins that prevent the prop nut from accidentally coming loose or rotating out of position. Prop pins provide an extra layer of safety by securing the prop nut in place.

Prop Sleeves: Prop sleeves are often used to extend the length of Acrow props when they need to reach greater heights. These sleeves fit over the outer tube of the prop to increase its overall length.

Prop Connectors: These fittings allow multiple Acrow props to be connected together, creating a strong and stable support structure. Prop connectors are especially useful when dealing with heavy loads or larger spans.

Swivel Base Plates: Similar to standard base plates, swivel base plates have a swiveling mechanism that allows for adjustments on uneven surfaces. This feature helps maintain stability and load distribution.

Acrow Prop Bracing: Bracing accessories, such as diagonal braces or horizontal braces, can be used to add lateral stability to Acrow prop assemblies, particularly in situations where the props are used in series or rows.

Storage Racks: Storage racks or holders provide a convenient way to store and organize Acrow props when they are not in use. This helps prevent damage and keeps the workspace organized.
