Heating:Ensure uniform heating to avoid local overheating or underheating of the pipe blank
Piercing:Monitor the deformation of the pipe blank during the piercing process to prevent piercing defects such as cracks and folds.
Rolling:Whether it's hot rolling or cold rolling, precisely control parameters
Heat Treatment:Select an appropriate heat treatment process (such as annealing, normalizing, quenching, tempering, etc.) and strictly control parameters like temperature, time, and cooling rate.
