Strip Forming

Technical Requirements:
Grade A and Grade B carbon steel are allowed to be used. Grade A carbon content is usually less than 0.25%, with a minimum tensile strength of about 415MPa and a yield strength of at least 240MPa. It has good weldability and processability and is suitable for general pipeline applications.Grade B carbon content is usually as high as 0.30%, with a minimum tensile strength of 485 MPa and a yield strength of not less than 290 MPa. It can be applied to higher strength applications such as oil and gas pipelines.
