Zinc Coating Quality
The thickness of the zinc coating layer should be within the range of 40-80 μm, and the thickness deviation should be controlled within ± 10 μm.
Dimensional Accuracy
The deviation of the outer diameter is controlled within ± 0.5mm, the deviation of the wall thickness is controlled within ± 0.3mm, and the deviation of the length is controlled within ± 50mm .
Weld Quality
The width of the weld seam should be relatively consistent, usually between 8mm and 12mm, and the strength of the weld seam should be evaluated through tensile or bending tests.
Scaffold Tube Testing
In Youfa's testing laboratory, the testing personnel will first use a spectral analyzer to detect the material composition of the steel pipes, and then conduct tensile tests on a universal material testing machine to evaluate the strength. For the galvanized layer, use a magnetic thickness gauge to measure the thickness, and then conduct a grid test to check the adhesion. Dimensional measurement will use various measuring tools to accurately measure at multiple locations.
