BATIMATEC, the International Building and Construction Exhibition in Algiers, Algeria, is the largest exhibition for building materials and the construction industry in Algeria and even North Africa. Since its launch in 1998, the exhibition has consistently attracted numerous merchants and renowned enterprises from around the world.
The 27th BATIMATEC was held at SAFEX in Algiers from May 4 to 8, 2025. Its remarkable success once again confirmed the exhibition's key role as a vital platform for Algeria's construction sector.
This edition brought together 758 exhibitors from 16 countries, including China, Türkiye, Italy, Spain, Germany, Tunisia, Austria, the United Arab Emirates, Portugal, India, Russia, Poland, Egypt, France and Saudi Arabia. Among them were 424 Algerian exhibitors and 334 international exhibitors. The Chinese delegation has participated in the exhibition for consecutive years.
