To create galvanized square tubing, the steel or iron tubes are cleaned to remove any rust, oil, or debris. They are then immersed in a bath of molten zinc or sprayed with zinc. The zinc bonds to the surface of the metal, creating a protective layer.

3. 25 tons/container and 5 tons/size for a trial order;

4. For 20" container the max length is 5.8m;

5. For 40" container the max length is 11.8m.

While galvanized square tubing is highly resistant to corrosion, over time, the zinc coating can wear off in areas exposed to physical abrasion or extreme conditions. Regular inspection and maintenance may be necessary to ensure continued protection against rust.
